Pav

Pavlova. A meringue-based dessert named after Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova. Ideally, soft and fluffy on the inside with a crispy outer crust. Many would argue it's just an oversized, overhyped meringue, the invention of which isn't worth the 'we invented it' argument between the Australians and the Kiwis. Sliced fruit and cream is placed on top to make it worth committing to the necessary pudding bowl space.
